My method is based on a Comprehensive Health Program that combines Holistic Nutrition, Physical Activity and Yoga. In other words, a process of physical and emotional stability in the long term through internal and external work. My goal is to introduce changes in habits both at the nutritional level and at the physical and mental level to achieve your goals every week, in addition to achieve a balance and maintain an optimal state of health.
