The basics you will need to bring to a yoga class:
- A mat or mat
- Comfortable clothing that does not pull or squeeze you (not too loose, to be able to perform the postures easily and with certain parts of the body not exposed).

First of all check that the class you want to attend is of your level. Then ask the teacher and talk to the group (if you attend with more people), to find out the level of each one and let the teacher know. The teacher will be able to offer alternatives to the different levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced) and you will be able to follow the class without problems.
The most important thing is not to be afraid of ridicule since in yoga there is no competition between students or with yourself. Each one takes his rhythm and his personal path according to his possibilities.
